La investigación está en nuestras raíces. FBO cree que, junto con la participación profunda de la comunidad, la investigación minuciosa y los datos inclusivos son fundamentales para comprender las disparidades perpetuadas por el sistema de educación pública de Oregón e identificar posibles soluciones.

Esta biblioteca de investigación cataloga los informes que hemos publicado a lo largo de nuestra historia, muchos de los cuales se encargaron cuando nos conocíamos como Chalkboard Project. A medida que evolucionan las prácticas y asociaciones de investigación de FBO esta biblioteca captura importantes aprendizajes a lo largo del tiempo, muchos de los cuales influyeron en cambios políticos y culturales significativos cuando se publicaron, aunque es posible que no reflejen necesariamente nuestras posiciones, prioridades, o perspectiva hoy.
